The next Mastermind kicks off on August 29th. It will run for six months and consist of sessions on the last Thursday of each month.

Why is there an application process?

The application ensures members are paired with peers who complement and challenge them, fostering a supportive and diverse group.

Are the sessions virtual or in person?

Five or six sessions are virtual via Zoom, and one session is an in-person retreat at a major industry event.

How long are the sessions, and how frequent?

Monthly virtual meetings are two hours long, held during lunchtime (12-2 pm Central).

Are sessions recorded?

Sessions aren’t recorded to maintain confidentiality, but one-on-one catch-ups are available if you miss a meeting.
