Here’s How to Make the Most of the Focus & Flex Challenge
- Follow the Pomodoro techniques as you approach your work tasks.
- During your 5-minute break, make sure to stretch. We’ll send you a new stretch to try every day!
- Once you’ve completed four 25-minute Pomodoro sessions, consider our Journal prompt for the day. Use this as your quiet meditation time to set an intention with yourself. Make sure to write down how you’re feeling in your journal. It can be just one word or a simple thank you to yourself for taking such great care of your body and mind. Log in to DesignDash and click “Write Journal” at the top of this article to keep your entries all in one place!
Day 4: Do Your Pomodoro, Seated or Standing Stretches, and Journal Prompt
SELECT A TASK: Choose a task to focus on. It can be the same task as yesterday if left unfinished. After the session, take a 5-minute break for your thought prompt and stretches.
SET A TIMER: Set a timer for 25 minutes and dedicate your focus to that task.
TAKE A BREAK: After the session, take a 5-minute break. During this break, work on the stretches outlined below and reflect on our thought prompt for the day.
