DesignDash was founded by Laura Umansky and Melissa Grove. Laura brings over two decades of experience as the founder and CEO of the nationally recognized Laura U Design Collective, where she scaled her firm into a multi-million-dollar business with projects featured in Elle Décor, House Beautiful, and Architectural Digest. She has built a thriving practice and mentored countless designers, making her uniquely equipped to guide others in growing sustainable, successful firms. Melissa has been her Chief Operating Officer at the firm since 2018, leading operations, marketing, finance, and team development. Together, Laura’s creative vision and Melissa’s operational expertise balance each other in a way that gives DesignDash members both inspiration and actionable tools.
